Sensing the Environment
The primary function of architecture in games is to support the gameplay conveying meanings and instigate a powerful user experience.

This lecture will look at the way concepts are conveyed through architecture and the environment in general, with a particular eye to the intense approach to research in the visual development process.

Bio
Edvige Faini is an independent concept artist, illustrator and art director working on Hollywood movies , video games , commercials and other entertainment media.With a solid knowledge of cultural, artistic and technical aspects of the visual communication related with the entertainment industry and the creation of entertainment products, she has traveled the world and worked with international teams at the development of several blockbuster movies such as: Ready Player One, Pirates of the Carribean, Planet of the Apes, SinCity, 300, Maleficent, The Jungle Book, to name a few and AAA games such as: Assassin's Creed, Final Fantasy XV and Need for Speed.She has now established her design studio in Milan, where she lives.
