As virtual reality grows in sophistication so does the Unreal Engine, empowering developers with new possibilities and tools for creating compelling narrative, interactive gameplay and pushing the boundaries of lavish, photorealistic graphics.

From photogrammetry and performance optimisation to advanced lighting techniques Anotherworld VR’s creative director, Max Sacker, and tech artist, Jasper Stutterheim, will dive into their unique pipeline using the VR Horror Experience KOBOLD as an example.

Bio
Max Sacker is a filmmaker, Co-Founder and creative director at AnotherWorld VR. At AnotherWorld VR he directed and co-wrote KOBOLD, a VR experience that won several awards and has been selected for competition at the 75th Venice International Film Festival.
Before going full time into virtual reality, he wrote and directed a number of award-winning short films and worked as a story consultant and VFX supervisor for Warner Bros. Germany.
